SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, only local shipping within Malaysia is available. All parcels are delivered by our courier partner, with charges as follow:

• West Malaysia
  • RM8 per delivery for an order of 1 box and 2 boxes. 
  • FREE DELIVERY for orders of 3 boxes and above. 
• East Malaysia
  • RM20 per delivery for all orders below 3kg. 

Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for standard delivery.
• East Malaysia: 7 – 10 working days for standard delivery.

Promotional Period

During peak, promotional, or seasonal periods, please bear with us as there may be delays in shipping due to the high volume of orders, transactions, and stock availability issues.
