Why is non-dairy creamer bad for health?

At Bagoos, we prioritise the health and well-being of our customers. That’s why we want to clarify that none of our products contain non-dairy creamer. Instead, we use natural ingredients like oats and other plants to achieve a rich and creamy taste.

We want to raise awareness about the dangers of non-dairy creamers, which are often found in instant beverages. This ingredient contains hydrogenated oil, a type of fat that can raise LDL cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. By choosing Bagoos products, you can enjoy delicious drinks without compromising your health.

Are Bagoos products dairy-free and vegan-friendly?

Absolutely! Bagoos products are completely dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Every single one of our products is 100% plant-based and does not contain dairy or lactose.

Does Bagoos contain food stabiliser? Is it safe for me to consume?

A range of permitted food stabilisers are commonly used in both powdered and liquid food products to maintain consistency and prevent ingredient separation. At Bagoos, we adhere to rigorous FDA and SFA regulations, ensuring that only approved food stabilisers are used in their recommended amounts across our product line. This approach guarantees that our customers can enjoy our products as intended.

What is beta-glucan? Is it good for me?

Beta-glucan, the ‘heart-healthy fibre’, is a natural and effective way to lower LDL cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. By consuming just 3g of Beta-glucan into your daily routine (or 3 servings of Bagoos), you can prioritise your health and feel full for longer with wholesome and satisfying oat-based products.

Where do the oats used in Bagoos come from?

At Bagoos, we take great care in selecting the ingredients for our products to ensure they are not only healthy but delicious too. We source our oats from both Australia and China, as we know that the taste can vary depending on where they are grown. Our commitment to using no colouring or preservatives means that we put extra effort into choosing the best ingredients possible. We believe in offering our customers only the highest quality products and take pride in every step of the process.

Why do Bagoos use rapeseed oil?

Our oat milk uses rapeseed oil which adds a creamy and rich flavor like that of cow’s milk. This oil is a great source of Vitamin E and has a low saturated fat content. Furthermore, rapeseed oil contains Omega 3, 6, and 9 which can effectively reduce cholesterol levels and improve brain, heart, and joint health.

Are there any allergens in Bagoos products?

It’s important to know that our products contain gluten and barley. While oats are naturally gluten-free, they are processed using equipment that is also used for gluten-containing grains. As a result, there may be trace amounts of gluten in the final product. Additionally, the malt extracts in our products come from barley grains.

If you have celiac disease or are gluten-intolerant, please be aware that Bagoos may not be suitable for you.

Why do Bagoos products have a higher fat content compared to other instant beverages?

Bagoos products contain a healthy kind of fat. We use oat milk powder, which is known to be high in unsaturated fats. These fats can help to lower LDL cholesterol levels and promote good heart health. It’s important to be mindful of the kind of fat one consumes, as some instant beverages use non-dairy creamers that are high in saturated fat content.

Consuming high amounts of saturated fats can increase the risk of heart disease. Therefore, it’s crucial to choose products that prioritise your health and well-being.

We take online banking (FPX) for payment. We will soon add credit cards, debit cards, and wallet payment methods.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Peninsular Malaysia

• RM8 per delivery for an order of 1 box and 2 boxes.
• FREE DELIVERY for orders of 3 boxes and above.

East Malaysia

• A flat rate of RM 20 per delivery for all orders below 3kg.

How long will your products take to ship?
